Troubleshooting Guide:

If you have already been invited to access the client portal and are having difficulties, please refer to the following to troubleshoot common issues:

  • image is used to show the steps of the mycase client portal this is step 1 the text reads this is the email that you will receive a notification from and shows the email address of no replymycasecom coming from Krall Law Offices PLLC It also tells you to click here to create your account and shows a blue button labeled activate now
  • image is used to show the steps of the mycase client portal this is step 2 it is showing the two boxes where you can enter your password when you create your account and says here you will select your password for the account please ensure that both fields are filled out with the same password
  • image is used to show the steps of the mycase client portal this is step 5 it shows what your screen should look like when you activate your account the screen is blank but shows different categories such as home messages documents events tasks and billing

  • image is used to show the steps of the mycase client portal this is step 8 here we are back in the home tab and the photo shows you where you can click to send a message to our office you can either select the messages tab at the top or you can click the round blue button with an envelope to send a message
